I recall you showing me the original poster, so I do see the close resemblances here, which work well with your shading work! 
If there was a nitpick, especially with the more realistic style shown (for our normal styles at least!), Keith's facial features look to be a bit crooked on his face, like his head tilted but the features stayed in the straight position. Aside from that, it's still a good pic.
